A dependency receipt for GitHub Actions runners.
Tools inherited from a CI runner can leave a build dependent on software the repository never declared. RunnerLens wraps a command, observes the processes it runs, and writes a dependency receipt with executable paths, versions, and provenance. Receipts can be compared across runs, checked against an accepted baseline, or used to inspect which observed tools changed between GitHub-hosted runner images. It currently targets Linux runners and is experimental: collection coverage varies by execution environment, and the command-line interface and receipt schema may change.
